DenialTracker is designed so that claim-processing information remains within your Google Workspace environment. This page explains how to manage or delete information associated with your use of DenialTracker.
DenialTracker may process 835 remittance files stored in your Google Drive.
These files remain within your Google Drive environment and are controlled by you or your Google Workspace organization.
To delete an 835 file or other DenialTracker-related Drive file:
Deleting DenialTracker or canceling your subscription does not automatically delete files stored in Google Drive.
DenialTracker creates or maintains Google Sheets containing denial-tracking information and analytics.
These spreadsheets remain within your Google Workspace account.
To delete a DenialTracker spreadsheet:
Before deleting healthcare or financial records, you should consider any record-retention obligations applicable to your organization.
Reports or notifications sent by DenialTracker through Gmail may remain in Gmail after DenialTracker is uninstalled or a subscription is canceled.
You may manage or delete those messages through Gmail in the same manner as other email.
You may revoke DenialTracker's access to your Google account through your Google Account security settings.
Revoking required permissions may prevent some or all DenialTracker functionality from operating.
Revoking Google permissions does not automatically delete files, spreadsheets, or emails already stored in your Google Workspace account.
You may uninstall the DenialTracker Google Workspace Add-on through Google Workspace or Google Marketplace controls available to your account.
Uninstalling DenialTracker prevents continued use of the Add-on but does not automatically delete files, spreadsheets, emails, or other records already stored in your Google Workspace environment.
Uninstalling DenialTracker does not necessarily cancel your paid subscription.
To stop future subscription renewals, cancel your subscription through the billing-management option provided by DenialTracker.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete information stored in your Google Workspace account.
DenialTracker may maintain limited non-PHI information outside Google Workspace that is necessary to operate the Service, such as:
DenialTracker's external systems are not designed to maintain customer 835 files or claim-level patient records.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of applicable personal information maintained directly by DenialTracker LLC by contacting:
Please include enough information for DenialTracker to identify the account associated with your request.
DenialTracker may need to verify your identity or authority before fulfilling a request.
Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally permitted for purposes such as taxation, accounting, payment records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Because DenialTracker does not maintain an external copy of your Google Workspace claim records as part of its normal architecture, requests to delete 835 files, denial-tracking spreadsheets, or Gmail messages ordinarily must be completed through your own Google Workspace account.
